When you make a purchase on BOB, you may be purchasing from one or more vendors and can enjoy the luxury of experiencing one seamless transaction.

We are always on the lookout for new and exciting products from Black-owned shops. If you want your product/s to be considered for the Marketplace, or have a brand or product to recommend, please get in touch with us to apply.

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to the product size guide provided by the vendor. If available, it's located with the product description.

We completely get it - we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that the vendor has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Note that each item will be shipped to you directly from the vendor(s) so you may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails for a single order.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping but hope to offer our products to other countries in the near future.

Some products are eligible for returns or exchanges, while others are not. This is up to the merchant. If the item description doesn't specifically detail returns and/or exchanges are acceptable, then the product is not returnable and cannot be exchanged.

If your item is eligible for return, you must contact BOB within 5 calendar days of receiving your order. Returns will be refunded by BOB, upon inspection of your return by the merchant, to your original method of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
